We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Technician will
oversee and assist with a wide range of projects and repairs in our restaurants,
which include fixing appliances, carpentry, drywall, electrical, tile, painting,
fixing toilets/ plumbing, and other general facility repair issues. In addition,
the Technician will provide support and assist with remodels and new restaurant
openings. The successful person for the position is a self-starter, versatile,
and is able to travel daily, to facilitate projects and repairs.

Requirements

• 2 years’ experience working in the trades, such as carpentry or plumbing, preferably in the restaurant business.
• Skilled in the following areas:
• Light Plumbing
• Carpentry
• HVAC is a plus.
• Minor Electrical
• Tile, Flooring, Drywall
• Paint Building Exterior

Nice To Haves

• HVAC is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Multi-skilled Craftsmen who can work both independently and with others.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair restaurant facilities.
• Ability to work indoors/outdoors on ladders and rooftops in the winter and on call by pager.
• Ability to organize work and meet deadlines. Position may require overtime.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
