Facilities Technician

Atomic SemiSan Francisco, CA
9d$85,000 - $100,000Onsite

About The Position

We’re hiring a Facilities Technician to help keep our office, lab, and production spaces running smoothly day to day. This is a hands-on role for someone who likes fixing things, building things, and solving problems on the spot. You’ll work across our facilities — office, lab, and light industrial — handling maintenance, repairs, small builds, equipment setup, and vendor coordination. Some days you’ll be troubleshooting an issue on the floor, other days assembling furniture, running cable, supporting lab installs, or coordinating a contractor visit. We’re a fast-moving startup environment. Priorities change, things break, new equipment shows up, and spaces evolve. We’re looking for someone practical, reliable, and detail-oriented who takes pride in keeping things working and safe. No task is too small. If it needs doing, we do it.

  • Comfortable with general maintenance across electrical, mechanical, and building systems
  • Experience with preventative maintenance and basic troubleshooting

  • Practical problem-solver with a “get it done” mindset
  • Organized and reliable — you follow through and close loops
  • Comfortable working in an active lab or light industrial environment
  • Willing to occasionally work off-hours if something urgent comes up
  • Familiar with basic safety practices and facility compliance requirements
