About The Position

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a current PA Driver's License.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a related role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC repairs, exterior building maintenance, and other maintenance responsibilities as assigned.
• Installs, maintains, and repairs major appliances throughout campus.
• Performs preventive maintenance tasks.
• Stays alert to and assists with campus security issues.
• Responds to fire alarms, investigates and carries out duties assigned in resetting alarms, and completes related documentation.
• Reports repairs needing major parts or a subcontractor to the Facilities Manager.
• Assists with resident relocations and facilities set-up for meetings.
• Participates in department on-call rotation.
• Assists with snow removal and other emergencies as needed.
