The Process Technician is responsible for supporting production processes and equipment by completing preventive maintenance of equipment and troubleshooting equipment problems. This position reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and is part of the Reagents Manufacturing Team located in Hebron, KY and will be an on-site role.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills to be utilized for troubleshooting equipment issues and performing repairs.
  • Experience with PLCs and automation systems

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with manufacturing associates and engineering to troubleshoot and determine corrective actions for issues occurring from production equipment
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
  • Document and report on production activities, performance metrics, and maintenance tasks
