About The Position

The Facilities Technician will oversee the general maintenance and upkeep of the building, its contents, and the surrounding areas.

Requirements

• High school diploma, G.E.D
• Walk / stand for 8 or more hours daily
• Must be able to carry out detailed written or oral instructions
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Must be able to push up to 40 pounds.
• Must be able to pull up to 55 pounds.
• Standing for long periods, general bending and twisting are associated with lifting.
• Local travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Handling all work orders on equipment and facilities
• Refurbish used equipment.
• Managing all supplies and hardware
• Maintain clean environments and workspaces.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
