About The Position

As a Facilities Technician, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining and improving our facilities. Depending on your experience level, responsibilities may include: Perform troubleshooting and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems (up to 480V, including 3-phase). Execute preventive maintenance programs and ensure compliance with safety standards. Interpret blueprints and schematics to diagnose issues. Respond promptly to maintenance requests to minimize downtime. Maintain accurate records in CMMS for work orders and equipment history. Assist with installation and commissioning of new equipment. Collaborate with vendors and contractors for complex projects. Senior/Lead Levels: Serve as a technical resource, lead continuous improvement initiatives, coordinate work priorities, and mentor junior technicians.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical/trade school preferred.
  • Technician II: 3–5 years
  • Sr. Technician: 5+ years
  • Lead: 5+ years with advanced technical skills and leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, mechanical equipment, and electrical systems (up to 480V).
  • Experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS) and CMMS.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
