Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
Minimum of one year of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team
Reliable transportation required due to limited public transportation access
Must meet ITAR and NAID eligibility requirements
Ability to pass background screening and pre-employment drug testing

Nice To Haves

Trade school certification or equivalent hands-on experience preferred
Heavy machinery repair experience preferred

Responsibilities

Perform mechanical maintenance on industrial equipment and machinery, including belts, bearings, hydraulics, and related components
Install, troubleshoot, and repair equipment and machinery as needed
Execute preventive maintenance tasks to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime
Support facility maintenance activities as assigned, including general upkeep and snow removal
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Follow all safety procedures, environmental standards, and company policies
