About The Position

Viwinco is looking for an experienced Facilities Technician to join our team. If you enjoy troubleshooting, fixing equipment, and keeping facilities running smoothly, this is a great opportunity to use your skills in a stable and supportive environment. This role is ideal for someone with facility maintenance, industrial maintenance, HVAC, electrical, or plumbing experience who likes solving problems and working independently. Compensation: $22.00/hr + 15% shift differential Hours: 3:30pm-12:00am (must be reliable); overtime and Saturdays required.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Valid Driver’s License
3+ years of facility or industrial maintenance experience
Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Experience using hand and power tools
Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
Understanding of OSHA and workplace safety practices
Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
Excellent verbal communication skills (English).
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to use a computer effectively
Able to handle multiple priorities
Efficient time management skills
Familiarity with 5S/Lean methods and processes
Self-motivator

Forklift experience a plus

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on facility systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical)
Troubleshoot and repair equipment, fixtures, and building systems
Conduct routine building inspections to identify maintenance or safety issues
Perform basic plumbing repairs including fixing leaks and replacing pipes
Assist with HVAC maintenance (filters, belts, and servicing)
Repair lighting, outlets, switches, and electrical components
Maintain fire extinguishers and emergency lighting
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs
Respond to maintenance requests quickly and efficiently
Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance supply inventory
Assist with workspace setups and equipment moves
Performs any other duties as deemed necessary by management.
