About The Position

Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED
- At least 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Skills in electrical work, plumbing, welding, carpentry, and troubleshooting
- A strong work ethic, problem-solving mindset, and positive attitude
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and GMP environments (bonus!)
Responsibilities
- Keep facility equipment running smoothly through routine inspections and preventive maintenance
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and building systems
- Handle welding, soldering, carpentry, and general facility repairs
- Read blueprints, SOPs, and work instructions to complete jobs safely and correctly
- Operate tools and powered industrial equipment like a pro
- Order parts and keep maintenance records up to date
- Support a clean, safe, and compliant work environment
