About The Position

Buck Company LLC is searching for a dependable, experienced Facilities Technician to join our 1st shift team in Quarryville, PA! As a Facilities Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining our buildings, equipment, and workspaces. Working closely with the Facilities Manager, you will perform a variety of hands‑on maintenance tasks to ensure our facility remains safe, functional, and compliant. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
Strong organizational and time‑management skills
Ability to work independently and complete tasks with minimal supervision
Clear and effective communication skills with team members and leadership
Ability to safely perform essential job functions in accordance with Buck Company safety policies
Reliable, regular, and punctual attendance

Nice To Haves

3+ years of experience in facility maintenance or a related trade
Basic electrical experience
Experience working in an industrial or manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

Assist the Facilities Manager with daily facility and maintenance activities
Perform minor plumbing repairs and maintenance as needed
Complete general carpentry work in office and foundry areas
Repair and finish drywall; perform painting and patching as required
Install lighting fixtures and assist with basic electrical tasks (as qualified)
Assemble and install office furniture and fixtures
Perform routine facility maintenance, including floor patching and general repairs
Maintain compliance with company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards
Support a clean, organized, and safe working environment
