About The Position
Essential Functions Execute daily preventive maintenance and troubleshoot breakdowns Repair plumbing, electrical, lighting, limited HVAC, carpentry, and facility structures Relocate air, electrical, data drops, and equipment for production needs Maintain maintenance logs, inspection reports, and safety checks Enforce OSHA, environmental, and corporate safety standards Collaborate with production teams, contractors, and vendors Occasionally work at elevated heights using ladders or scissor lifts
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong written/verbal communication and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on experience with electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, plumbing, and grounds maintenance
- Valid driver’s license
- OSHA certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency with maintenance tracking software
