About The Position

This is a hands-on, onsite position where your work directly impacts daily operations-from maintaining critical systems to quickly troubleshooting issues when they arise. This position offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, along with competitive pay ranging from $21 to $24 per hour. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and inspections on essential equipment such as HVAC systems, lighting, fans, and facility infrastructure. You'll respond to equipment issues as they come up, helping to minimize downtime and keep operations running efficiently. You'll also work closely with the Facilities Supervisor to support maintenance programs, contribute to process improvements, and ensure all work is completed safely and effectively. From general upkeep to seasonal responsibilities like snow removal, your role will be essential in maintaining a safe and productive environment. We're looking for someone with at least two years of experience in a facilities or maintenance role, with a strong foundation in mechanical, electrical, or HVAC systems. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a physically active role that includes lifting, climbing, and extended periods on your feet. A solid understanding of safety practices is important, along with the ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively with both internal teams and external vendors. Flexibility to respond to occasional after-hours issues is also expected. Requirements

At least two years of experience in a facilities or maintenance role
