We are seeking a highly motivated Facilities Technician to join our team and contribute to our mission. The Facilities Technician will be responsible for performing routine building maintenance tasks, which include painting, carpentry, basic electrical and plumbing work, furniture installation and reconfiguration, as well as heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) maintenance. This role also involves general cleaning and other tasks as assigned. The Facilities Technician will report directly to the Facilities Manager and will work a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities maintenance and be able to work independently while demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills. In this role, you will contribute by painting, remodeling, and refurbishing areas as needed, inspecting and maintaining all equipment and amenities, preparing conference rooms for meetings, and performing various maintenance tasks to ensure a safe and functional work environment. You will also assist with furniture procurement and installation, perform facilities inspections, and oversee daily cleaning and maintenance activities. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and functionality in our facilities.
