Responsibilities

• Perform basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general handyman tasks.
• Service multiple locations in Illinois, requiring travel.
• Conduct regular building repairs and maintenance, including fixing/installing light fixtures, replacing bulbs, laying flooring, and building/fixing furniture.
• Install and fix bathroom and kitchen fixtures, water heaters, and power reels.
• Add/move power outlets and mount TVs.
• Engage in general labor tasks such as removing detritus and moving/setting up furniture for new stations.
• Occasionally use a moving truck for transportation of items.
