Requirements

• Coursework/Training: On the job training and/or trade school education.
• 2 years of experience in semi-skilled maintenance and repair services for the facility such as mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
• 6 months of experienced mechanic.
• 6 months of experienced carpenter.

Nice To Haves

• Associate's degree: Technical trade.
• 2 years of experience in a Healthcare setting.
• 6 months of experienced electrician.
• 6 months of experienced plumber.
• Experienced painter.
