About The Position

Requirements

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Ability to speak effectively to customers or employees of the organization
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
• Valid Alaska Driver's license

Responsibilities

• Maintain a variety of mechanical items
• Prepare requisitions for purchase
• Change air conditioners' filters and clean fan coil as directed
• Maintain buildings, performing minor and routine carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, and other related maintenance activities
• Clean work areas and dispose of trash and debris
• Perform tests and inspections of pool equipment and chemistry
• Other duties as assigned
