Requirements

Valid Texas driver’s license
Follow all safety rules
Following Lancer Policy
H.S. Diploma or G.E.D. equivalency.
Basic plumbing knowledge; pipe, fitting sizes, & types.
Basic of electric connections.

Nice To Haves

Ability to perform basic electrical (light bulbs, HVAC filters, replacing electrical switches, etc.
Ability to perform basic plumbing, unclogged drains, toilet minor repairs
Basic troubleshooting for building maintenance.
Any other type of skill is a plus for this position.

Responsibilities

Basic plumbing and electric with direction.
Operate air and electric power tools.
Performs preventative maintenance on building facilities (Exterior and Interior)
Basic Paint /construction knowledge.
5’s offices (Installing glass board, TV’s, etc.) and surroundings as directed.
Maintain company vehicles in optimum conditions as directed.
Perform tasks while on ladder or manlift 30 ‘high
Able to operate forklift.
Clean and minor repair on Beverage equipment Installed on our facility.
Other duties as needed and directed by management.
