Corporate Real Estate (CRE) is responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing MITRE’s real estate infrastructure and related business processes in support of our FFRDC objectives and our sponsors’ mission outcomes. We develop and maintain flexible, high-performing physical environments and supporting services that advance MITRE’s Corporate Strategy of Mission First, People Always. Roles & Responsibilities: In this role, the Facilities Technical Coordinator is expected to actively support Corporate Real Estate (CRE) operations by effectively managing technical tools and systems, accurately tracking and maintaining asset inventories, and coordinating project documentation. The coordinator will support and help oversee campus-wide projects and initiatives, support and facilitate security-related activities, and manage transportation services for the campus. Success in this position requires strong technical aptitude, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external vendor partners. The coordinator is expected to demonstrate a clear interest in developing broader Corporate Real Estate capabilities, including lease management, facility maintenance, and other related responsibilities as their experience grows.
