The Facilities Tech III role coordinates vendors, suppliers and contractors to obtain value and high quality service. Serves as the contact point with vendors for maintenance, security, janitorial, office product suppliers, movers, printing, and shipping. Manages the Facilities Help Desk function for facility related service requests. Coordinates new employee's facility needs and on-going office moves. This position is based in Winchester, KY.
