About The Position

Under general supervision of the Facilities Manager and in conformance with established policies and procedures, Facilities Tech I is responsible for monitoring customer and rental parking lots greeting customers as they enter the bank. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide prompt and courteous service to all internal and external customers, supporting the goals and mission of the bank. Monitor customer and rental parking lots and sidewalks for parking violations and skateboarding/roller blading, issue warning tickets to violators and when necessary, contact police department to report violations. Report problems or unusual occurrences to supervisor for follow-up. Greet customers as they enter and leave the bank. Clean sidewalks, parking lots and grounds all year in all types of weather conditions including snow removal on Main Bank properties using a plow, a shovel, or a snow blower. Mow and trim grass, and complete other duties related to landscaping and lawn work. Complete and track City Parking violations. As needed, assist armored security personnel to access the building for deliveries. Monitor freight and package deliveries and notify appropriate departments when items are delivered. Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure its proper operation and report problems to the manager or President. Perform maintenance duties as assigned by supervisor. Become familiar with and periodically review the bank’s robbery recovery procedures. Move and arrange desks, furniture and partitions as needed. Perform additional tasks and projects assigned by the manager. Provide back-up in ordering janitorial, kitchen and maintenance supplies. Assist Branch Locations as time allows. Regular and predictable attendance to accomplish job duties and provide in-person contact with customers. Employees are required to actively use the service pledge in all customer encounters. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency.
Knowledge of general maintenance.
Possess a valid driver’s license and a driving record acceptable to our insurer.
Demonstrated computer skills to troubleshoot maintenance issues, for communication and record keeping. Including Microsoft Word and Excel.
Must have math skills to include the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide all units of measure.
Must be detail oriented and have the ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished orally and in writing.
Ability to manage time and meet deadlines.
Ability to exercise sound judgment in handling confidential and sensitive information.
Must exhibit professional and friendly attitude and must possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
