About The Position
As a General Facilities Tech at Clifton Springs Nursing Home, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and efficient environment for both staff and patients. Your strong attention to detail and commitment to functionality will ensure that the facility operates smoothly. This part-time position requires you to work three days a week from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, where you will be responsible for various maintenance and support tasks that contribute to the overall comfort and safety of the facility. In this role, you will assist in delivering supplies, performing equipment maintenance, managing room turnovers, and responding to emergencies. You will also be involved in patient and specimen transport, as well as routine housekeeping functions, ensuring that the working environment remains clean and functional. Your technical skills will be put to use as you evaluate broken equipment, perform minor repairs, and provide additional support to other technicians, including restocking and setting up equipment as needed. Security support services may also be part of your responsibilities, ensuring that the facility remains secure and safe for all individuals. Your compassionate and patient-focused approach will be essential in creating a comforting atmosphere for patients and staff alike.
