Our Facilities teammate plays a vital role in maintaining the overall appearance, functionality, and operational efficiency of our garden center. This is a dynamic, hands-on position that involves working outdoors and staying active throughout the day. Key responsibilities include operating equipment such as forklifts, restocking inventory, assisting with loading customer purchases, and moving products to support seasonal transitions. The role also involves general maintenance and handyman tasks, including painting, constructing display structures using power tools, and performing basic irrigation repairs. In addition, this position will coordinate service repairs from vendors (HVAC, Plumbing) as well as work with our internal construction teams on larger projects. In addition to operational duties, Facilities team members regularly interact with customers, providing assistance and ensuring a positive experience. This position requires strong teamwork, as individuals collaborate closely with managers to ensure products are properly organized and the facility is always well-maintained.
