Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Team player mentality with excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility to work anytime, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, pans, and other kitchen utensils by hand or using dishwashers.
• Ensure all dishes are properly sanitized and stored.
• Keep the kitchen area clean, including floors, countertops, and equipment.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed.
• Ensure trash collection areas are clean and free of debris.
• Support kitchen staff as needed.
