About The Position

The Facilities Team Member supports the daily operations of the sports facility by ensuring a clean, safe, and well-organized environment for athletes, guests, and staff. This role focuses on facility readiness, event support, and overall guest experience.

Requirements

  • General knowledge of event set up/break down, maintenance, janitorial & landscaping
  • High School Diploma or equivalent certification required
  • Must enjoy a fast-paced environment and be able to work well under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, and a stellar work ethic
  • Must be a team player with a positive can-do attitude
  • Must be able to work long and flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays; this position requires shifts on Fri/Sat/Sun/
  • Must be at least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of all public areas, restrooms, fields, courts and spectator spaces
  • Set up and break down courts, fields, and event spaces according to scheduled activities
  • Assist with gameday and event operations, including equipment placement and crowd flow
  • Monitor facility areas to ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper use of spaces
  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests, athletes, and staff with questions or needs
  • Support scheduling needs by preparing spaces for practices, games, and special events
  • Enforce facility rules and policies in a professional and respectful manner
  • Coordinate with management and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Respond promptly to spills, hazards, or immediate facility needs
  • Assist management with parking needs
