About The Position

Summary: The primary purpose of this job is to lead all functions performed by the maintenance technicians, the maintenance staff, and the housekeeping staff. This position will be a working lead position which will perform all functions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Prioritize and assign daily duties to all facilities employees. Inspection and evaluation of work performed by maintenance and housekeeping staff throughout the building and grounds on a regular basis. Utilize Computer Maintenance Management System for assigning work orders and tracking building and equipment repairs. Coach, motivate, and discipline the performance and professionalism of all facilities employees. Record and control all daily attendance information. Maintain all building and construction documents and drawings. Coordinate assignments with vendors. Evaluate their work for quality. Ensure all PMI (Preventive Maintenance Instructions) are current. Other duties to be assigned as needed. Education and /Or Experience: Associate Degree preferred. 5 years’ experience in factory or warehouse operations. Experience with conveyor systems or material handling equipment a plus. Requirements

  • 5 years’ experience in factory or warehouse operations.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate Degree preferred.
