THE JOB: The Facilities Systems Operator is responsible for managing all inbound calls related to maintenance and repairs, ensuring efficient dispatching of engineering personnel to address guest needs. This role is essential in creating a positive guest experience by promptly responding to service requests and maintaining detailed logs of all activities and emergencies.
