About The Position

Performs as a system analyst on supported Facilities systems. Conducts analysis of potential system improvements; understands functionality and works with peers supporting the development of test scripts, guiding user testing, documenting of system issues and troubleshooting. Provide leadership including evaluation of the current “As-is” functionality and guidance towards the future “To Be” processes of the software implementation. Manage on-going security structures for Facilities systems users.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems OR Five years’ experience working in facilities management/architectural planning software
• Experience with basic programming and Microsoft business tools.
• Knowledge of general facilities management and processes.
• Experience providing set-up, configuration of security administration and assigning users to appropriate user roles.
• FBI fingerprint background check.
• Proof of immunity to rubeola (measles) and rubella (German measles), or proof of MMR immunization.
