About The Position
The Facility Services Program Administrator is responsible for many aspects of service management (program implementation, corporate policy, contract compliance, service delivery, troubleshooting, communication, and business partner satisfaction) related to the facility services programs within the services portfolio (i.e. HVAC, Pest Control, Janitorial, Dock & Door maintenance, etc.). This role will be the primary or secondary point of contact (depending on the situation) for both internal business partners and service providers. They are responsible for tracking and assuring completion of all preventative maintenance, and business partner satisfaction, as well as internal review of all national vendor invoicing, and vendor contract compliance for all services within the services portfolio. They are responsible for assisting with the creation of KPIs, SLAs, ensuring proper management through vendor drumbeat meetings, quarterly/semi-annual/annual business reviews, program performance reports, and financial information for budgetary purposes, within the facility services portfolio.
