About The Position

M&M Industries is a U.S.-based manufacturer of plastic pails and packaging solutions. We operate in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where safety, cleanliness, and organization are essential to keeping operations running efficiently. Facilities Support performs custodial duties that help maintain a clean, safe working environment and overall facility conditions. This role supports production by ensuring work areas, offices, and common spaces remain clean, organized, and properly maintained. Schedule: 11PM-7AM, Nights, Monday-Fri

Requirements

Ability to use cleaning supplies and custodial equipment
Highly organized
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Ability to work independently with little to no supervision
Good verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented
High School Diploma or GED required
Ability to lift over 40 pounds occasionally
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time as well as bend or stoop to perform work
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment that may include hot or cold conditions
Ability to wear required PPE at all times (safety glasses, hearing protection, etc.)

Nice To Haves

Less than one (1) year of custodial experience preferred

Responsibilities

Follow safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment
Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with 5S principles
Clean building interior including floors, carpets, rugs, and other surfaces
Clean and maintain offices, break rooms, and restrooms
Empty trash and recycling bins
Clean assigned machines and work areas of dust, debris, and grease
Perform pest control tasks as needed
Operate and perform minor maintenance on floor scrubber equipment
Stock and maintain required cleaning supplies
Maintain safety railings and walkways around the facility
Perform other duties as required
