About The Position

As a Facilities Support team member at Keel Midwest, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness of the facility as well as general maintenance tasks as needed.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
Basis knowledge of cleaning products and procedures.
Some basic understanding of tools and machines for more advance maintenance procedures.
Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions, including labels on cleaning supplies.
Needs to work independently of direct supervision, as well as part of cross-functional teams when needed.
Good communication and task prioritization skills are essential as facility needs can change quickly.

Responsibilities

Cleaning walls, floors, equipment, or any other areas of the facility.
Restocking cleaning supplies and maintaining janitorial closets in an organized, safe manner.
Dispose of waste.
Manage coolant supplies and waste system.
Sanitation of facilities.
General maintenance of equipment, lighting, and other related areas of facilities and ground duties.
Other tasks may be assigned by supervisor, and will be called upon to assist maintenance mechanics to maintain and repair equipment.
