About The Position
StorageMart has an opening for a Facilities Support position in our Mid Mo region. Join our team and become part of the rapidly growing industry of self-storage. Our facilities support staff are key to our motto of EASY. CLEAN. SERVICE. No scheduled night work; some weekend work. Occasional emergency work outside of scheduled hours is likely. Our large facilities will provide you with a job that is never boring. Grounds-keeping: mowing, raking leaves, light tree and shrub pruning, weed removal, snow removal. Basic building cleaning: carpets, cleaning out storage units, sweeping. Outdoor maintenance: trash removal, bulb replacement, door latch installation, woodwork, pavement repair.
Requirements
- A high school diploma.
- You must be comfortable using and operating power tools.
- You will often work independently so a proven work history is necessary.
- This is a physical job so you’ll need to be able to walk, stand, climb, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds.
