Requirements
- Reliable, detailed-oriented, and able to work independently
- Comfortable with basic repairs and maintenance tasks
- Strong communication skills
Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning and upkeep of the facility (floors, walls, restrooms, office spaces, exterior)
- Complete routine and light maintenance tasks: light bulb replacement, latch installations, cutting locks
- Assist with snow removal, flood remediation, and other season or urgent needs
