About The Position

As a Facilities Support team member at Merrill: A Keel Company, you will be working within the paint department and be responsible for assisting paint team members, organizing inventory, and the general cleanliness of the paint area. This is an entry level position with room to progress. On the job training is provided as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• As an entry level position, experience is a plus but not necessary.
• Typically requires the ability to follow basic verbal and written instructions, such as the ability to read and follow label instructions on cleaning supplies and work independently.
• Good communication skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Punctual, reliable, well-organized, ability to relate well to others, dependable and willingness to cooperate and help others.
• Training provided for motivated applicants

Responsibilities

• Duties include organizing paint inventory and consumables.
• Sorting expired pain inventory
• Operate Solvent Recycler
• Check in service orders for the pain department
• Maintaining general cleanliness of paint kitchen as needed
