Facilities Support Associate

You’ll be on your feet, moving, lifting, bending, and staying active throughout your shift.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in facilities, custodial, maintenance, or warehouse support
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety
- Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs. as needed
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, organized warehouse, office areas, restrooms, and common spaces
- Sweep, mop, and maintain floors using appropriate cleaning equipment
- Complete light maintenance tasks such as minor repairs and replacing light bulbs
- Monitor facility conditions and proactively report safety or repair concerns
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and machinery as needed
- Organize and maintain cleaning supplies, tools, and storage areas
- Support general warehouse and facility needs as assigned
- Follow safety policies and procedures without exception
- Keep the environment safe, functional, and ready for daily operations
