About The Position
The Facilities Supervisor provides leadership, coordination, training, scheduling and supervision of maintenance staff members and actively participates in the maintenance of the physical condition of DESC’s residential and commercial facilities in order to assure high quality service and resident satisfaction. In addition, the Facilities Supervisor assists the Senior Facilities Program Manager and the Facilities Manager with the administration of the maintenance department.
