The position involves direct communication with the Manager of Materials Management to coordinate maintenance and repair work at the main campus and other clinic locations as needed. The role includes assisting with planning and implementing practice improvements and expansions, maintaining and updating operating and training manuals for the maintenance department, and monitoring the physical appearance and upkeep of all locations. The individual will ensure that routine maintenance is completed in a timely manner to prevent unnecessary repair work and assist with office moves or the creation of new offices or locations. Additionally, the position requires preparing reports, analyzing data, and making recommendations for improving maintenance and solving maintenance-related problems. The individual will communicate maintenance suggestions to Senior Management that may improve efficiency and reduce operating costs, while also remaining current on laws regarding safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures.
