About The Position
Our distribution business is experiencing transformative growth-with no end in sight. That's why we're looking for an Facilities Supervisor, 2nd Shift at our Garland, Utah distribution center. This position is responsible for assisting with directing and leading process flow of preventive and corrective maintenance to assure compliance with Lakeshore's performance goals and facility operational reliability. When called upon, you will perform mechanical troubleshooting and repair the critical infrastructure support systems necessary for efficient operation, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing and energy management control systems. As a team leader, you'll have a strong sense of urgency and excel in a fast-paced environment. You'll also possess superb attention to detail, an ability to juggle multiple projects and strong interpersonal skills to help lead and inspire our team to do their best work. This position will report to our Manager of Facilities.
