About The Position
This position is responsible for supervising facility operations and maintenance activities to ensure reliable, cost competitive services, as well as a safe and comfortable working environment, for (859) internal customers, while ensuring compliance with legal/environmental regulations. Facilities include all non-generation assets located within the Western Division territory. This comprises approximately (15) counties and (124) building structures totaling approximately 381,420 square feet of occupied space. This position will serve as the liaison for multiple business unit operations and other Facilities Services personnel with respect to ongoing operations and projects. Responsibilities will be heavily focused on, but not limited to, SAFETY, internal customer service, employee performance management, Archibus work order management, contract management, as well as multiple Capital projects each year.
