This position will be responsible for providing timely and accurate pickup and delivery for offsite requests as well as pickup and delivery of all mail and packages at PGA TOUR locations across the NEFL campus and surrounding area. This position will be responsible for providing timely and accurate pickup and delivery of all mail and packages at PGA TOUR locations. Maintains awareness of complex schedule transportation requirements and may need to communicate with multiple administrative personnel to coordinate vehicle and/or driver resources in the most efficient manner. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years in corporate mailroom or with courier service or retail order fulfillment
  • Must be able to maneuver packages up to 30 pounds regularly
  • Proficient computer skills required
  • Experience running postage meter machine.
  • Experience utilizing WTS or similar package tracking handheld device.
  • Memory retention skills required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and excellent organizational skills required
  • Must have an excellent driving record with valid driver’s license and ability to maneuver vehicle (van) in tight space
  • Knowledge of and proficiency in all OSHA and local requirements related to all assigned work
  • Maintains strict confidentiality on all conversations and information
  • Able to safely operate a utility vehicle such as, but not limited to, golf carts, utility carts, and shuttle carts

Responsibilities

  • Direct responsibility for implementation of work order assignments including but not limited to:
  • Mail delivery and pickup
  • Package receiving and delivery
  • Pickup and drop off assignments
  • Maintain shipping supplies
  • Order fulfillment
  • Ensure items get to designated drop off point(s) quickly and in good condition
  • Take responsibility and be accountable for high-value or confidential items
  • Complete daily tracking log
  • Responsibility for the care, maintenance and cleanliness of assigned vehicle and reports deficiencies immediately to supervisor.
  • Determines most appropriate route to destination by reviewing maps and performing dry runs as needed.
  • Maintains awareness of current road systems and conditions by monitoring news and traffic reports, adjusting routes as necessary to avoid delays.
  • Assisting in other areas or departments of the PGA TOUR as requested by management
  • Keep an accurate inventory of supplies used in the Mail Services Center
  • Oversee the collection of Iron Mountain confidential material into a secured central location
  • Stock copy paper in Global Home pantries
  • Ability to organize and prioritize assignments to work independently as well as a collaborative team member
  • Special Projects or other duties as assigned
