Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 2 years in facilities-related roles, demonstrating the skills and knowledge outlined above.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and maintenance management software.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to thrive in a collaborative environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to manage complex projects with confidence and initiative.
  • Clear, effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee facilities work orders across all Cadence campuses—receive requests, assign tasks, input data, and keep the system running like a well-oiled machine.
  • Coordinate activities, maintain policies, and provide seamless support to keep our facilities humming.
  • Assist the Director of Facilities Management with project implementation, external communications, and training for staff and contractors.
  • Manage central files, information, and resources, helping facilities staff source parts, supplies, and materials with ease.
  • Represent Facilities in cross-departmental meetings, fostering collaboration and driving action.
  • Liaise with vendors to ensure timely, high-quality service, delivering complete satisfaction for all Cadence campuses.
  • Jump in to support other department functions as assigned, showcasing your versatility.
