The Facilities Specialist maintains restaurants through preventative maintenance on all aspects of the restaurant. This role is crucial in ensuring that the facilities are safe, efficient, and effective for both employees and customers. The Facilities Specialist will assist the Facilities Manager in supervising facility aspects of restaurant management at the market level and will be responsible for performing facility maintenance and repair through monthly site visits and analysis of restaurants.
