The Facilities Specialist maintains restaurants through preventative maintenance on all aspects of the restaurant. In addition to following Chipotle's policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to: assisting the Facilities Manager by supervising facility aspects of restaurant management at the market level, performing facility maintenance and repair through monthly site visits and analysis of restaurants, and formulating preventative maintenance schedules for the safe, efficient, and effective operation of restaurant facilities, including but not limited to cooking equipment, HVAC systems, sinks, plumbing, electrical circuits, and refrigeration units.
