This position is part of the Plant Operations department and works under the general supervision of the Project Manager. The role supports the delivery of facility services, which includes space management, office space planning and moves, support of surplus equipment disposal, and staff support to Environment of Care, Safety, and Emergency Management. The individual will assist with updating the space allocation plan for all buildings owned and/or operated by Salinas Valley Health, provide support to departments regarding move planning and office space optimization, and work with Employee Health on ergonomic workstation improvements. Additionally, the role involves assisting the engineering department with finish replacements, supporting stored assets management, and contributing to the signage and wayfinding program for the hospital. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
