About The Position

As a CBRE Soft Services Supervisor you will oversee building operations of Soft Services for a 1.2 million square foot innovative Pharmaceutical Facility. This job is a part of the Facilities Management functional area which focuses on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets. This is an onsite role in Concord, NC.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Facility Management certification preferred.
• Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and balance problems.
• Leadership skills to motivate vendors on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the following services and work directly with the related vendors: landscaping, shredding, AEDs/ medical cabinets, uniforms/ mats, exterior glass, geese management, eyewash/ safety showers, and GMARS administration.
• Maintain positive client relationships and conduct meetings on unresolved facility issues.
• Perform facility inspections quality assurance following local, state, and federal regulations. Suggest operational efficiencies, and upgrade opportunities.
• Oversee vendor relationships and invoicing procedures. Review price quotes for the procurement of parts, services, and labor for projects.
• Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence parties of shared interests to reach an agreement.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues which may or may not be evident in existing systems and processes.
• Oversee GMP service providers and have knowledge of multiple procedures overseeing these duties.
