About The Position

AHF Products has a job opportunity for a Facilities Services Tech to be located in Beverly, WV. Reporting to the maintenance manager, the facilities services tech will play a crucial role in the planning and implementation of new product launches and supporting marketing initiatives for the national sales accounts business, sales team and retail customer channel. Responsibilities

  • Offices, Lobby, Break room and public areas Daily Empty wastebaskets
  • Dust furniture, desks, chairs, tables
  • Spot clean reception lobby glass including entrance doors
  • Spot clean and remove hand prints, ink marks, from break room table and lunch area
  • Dry mop and wet mop office, conference room and restroom floors
  • Weekly Dust all horizontal surfaces including sills, shelves, picture frame, ledges
  • Clean and polish bright metal
  • Clean out refrigerators
  • Restrooms Check and clean debris from urinals and toilets
  • Clean and disinfect toilets and urinals
  • Clean mirrors
  • Clean walls and partitions
  • Empty trash and replace trash can liners
  • Refill all dispensers to maximum limits – napkins, soap, tissues, paper towels, liners
  • Clean and polish all chrome fittings
  • Sweep and wet mop all floors with disinfectant
  • Break rooms Wash and sanitize table tops, damp clean benches
  • Wash and sanitize exteriors of all containers
  • Dust mop floors, clean under all tables
  • Clean table bases as needed
  • Wet mop all floors with a disinfectant
  • Recycling Empty all recycling containers daily
  • Collect recyclables
  • Outside Building Keep sidewalks clear of debris
  • Empty cigarette butt container
  • Clear snow/ice from sidewalks
  • Apply ice melt to sidewalks
