We’re looking for a Full-Time Facilities Services Supervisor to help keep our community looking amazing—inside and out.

Requirements

  • High school graduate or GED required; vocational or technical training preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in grounds, landscaping, or interior/exterior maintenance.
  • Proficient in communication, organization, and the use of Microsoft Office or maintenance tracking systems.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in senior living, hospitality, or residential settings strongly preferred.
  • Supervisory experience or demonstrated leadership ability preferred.
  • Familiarity with outdoor equipment, irrigation systems, and basic landscaping techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily and seasonal interior/exterior services including landscaping, painting, tree care, lawn maintenance, and groundskeeping.
  • Conduct routine site walk-throughs to support quality control and identify maintenance needs.
  • Help maintain outdoor spaces like courtyards, walking paths, and garden areas to enhance resident experience.
  • Support environmentally friendly landscaping efforts including water conservation and native planting.
  • Supervise grounds crew in the Manager’s absence; assist with task delegation, training, and performance monitoring.
  • Respond to resident and staff requests related to outdoor comfort, appearance, and safety.
  • Coordinate with other departments (e.g., wellness, lifestyle) for outdoor events and seasonal decoration.
  • Assist in managing inventory, equipment maintenance, and supplies related to grounds and interior/exterior operations.
  • Help coordinate vendor or contractor services and ensure compliance with project expectations.
  • Maintain logs and assist with reporting, inspections, and documentation required by leadership.
  • Provide input on staff schedules and participate in performance discussions as requested.
  • Stay up to date on best practices in grounds maintenance and participate in training as needed.
  • Serve as secondary on-call support during nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Perform other duties as assigned in support of the Facilities Services Manager and department goals.
