About The Position

MBA Consulting Service, Inc. (MBA CSi) is seeking an experienced Facilities Security Project Manager to support the US Postal Service. The Facilities Security Project Manager is responsible for providing facilities security requirements analysis. Work must be done in an already established Federal Government facility. Acceptable work locations: Plano, TX; Chicago, IL; Denver, CO; San Francisco, CA; and Windsor, CT

Requirements

Bachelor's degree
At least 7 years of experience in the field or in a related area
Proficiency using MS Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook
Ability to travel and work flexible hours when needed
Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check & drug test
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance

Responsibilities

Responsible for the coordination and completion of facilities security projects for a Federal Government agency.
Oversees all aspects of projects. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project.
Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project.
Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Performs a variety of tasks.
Leads and directs the work of others.
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
