As a CBRE Facilities Safety Supervisor, you will function as the primary safety officer, responsible for ensuring adherence to all safety standards and regulations over multiple local industrial facilities. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining safety policies, conducting site inspections, and coordinating safety training for vendors. Additionally, this role involves preparing monthly safety reports for clients, traveling to various sites for inspections and training sessions, and serving as the main point of contact for safety compliance and standards. This job is a part of the Facilities Management functional area which focuses on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets, providing support to the Property Managers regarding all repairs and investment plans.
