Qualifications Complete daily maintenance tasks including but not limited to janitorial services, snow removal, courier runs, light construction projects, ground maintenance, supply delivery, working with outside contractors and performing various security procedures for the Kingston location. Essential Requirements Must possess and maintain a valid New York State driver’s license and be eligible to drive bank vehicles. In depth knowledge of all general maintenance tasks including property maintenance tasks. Ability to operate various types of power equipment such as snowplows, snow blowers, saws, drills, skid steer vehicles, lawn mowers, hedge trimmers, etc. Ability to handle all aspects of janitorial repair services. Ability to work at various heights on roof or ladder. Capability of lifting a minimum of 100 pounds. Basic plumbing skills. Basic carpentry skills. Basic painting skills. Basic mechanical and vehicle repair skills. Ability to work various flexible working hours to accommodate special projects and events. Capability of performing manual labor such as sweeping, shoveling, raking, etc. Working knowledge of Windows and/or PC applications a plus. Essential Facilities, Duties, and Responsibilities Do carpentry, residential, and commercial plumbing as needed. Assist in moving equipment and furniture as needed. Perform painting as required. Perform janitorial services as needed. Perform lawn maintenance, snow removal, and exterior repairs as needed. Set up, tear down, and support various bank activities and meetings both during normal hours and during weekends and evening. All other duties as assigned by management. Essential Systems Support Responsibilities Act as primary back-up for the following: Operating and maintaining the bank’s Entry Codes (Entre) and issuing and deactivation employee FOBS as needed. Ensuring the bank’s internal camera systems (Verint) are operating properly and have the correct date and time stamp. Maintaining the bank’s physical supply of keys and keeping records in good order. NYDFS Semi-Annual ATM inspections are performed properly, and the necessary paperwork is completed accurately. Maintain the bank’s Go Green initiative sponsored by Ulster County.
