About The Position

Hogsalt is seeking a Full-Time HVAC and Refrigeration Repair Technician to support our current restaurants in New York. Hogsalt is not your typical restaurant group. Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years in-field experience with commercial HVAC and Refrigeration.
• Knowledge of kitchen facilities and equipment is preferred.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams, as well as have a working knowledge of electrical systems.
• Individuals with hotel maintenance experience are encouraged to apply.
• Must be able to reliably commute to Manhattan or provide a reliable vehicle.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• EPA Universal Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs in the following areas: HVAC, Refrigeration, Plumbing, Electrical, Kitchen equipment, General restaurant maintenance.
• Respond to maintenance requests from restaurants in a timely fashion.
• Perform regular property inspections.
• Work well independently and on a team.
• Advise restaurant managers on a variety of technical engineering issues.
• Report to Facilities Director and Facilities Manager.
